The Nail Lounge prides itself on client care and customer satisfaction. As a busy salon, there are a few policies in place and recommendations to pass along to ensure you have the best experience possible. This is simply to ensure your satisfaction.

Appointment Deposit

​

A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your balance due at the end of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

 

Please provide at least 24  hours’ notice if you need to cancel your scheduled appointment via text, e-mail, phone, or instagram DM so that we may have time to fill your technicians spot with another client. We will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit towards a future appointment if you give at least 24 hour's notice. ​

Late Arrivals

 

Life happens to all of us. The Nail Lounge offers a five (5) minute grace period for late arrivals. Clients arriving after the five-minute grace period will be available to procure services as a walk-in client, based on availability. If you know you are going to be a few minutes late, please contact the salon so your arrival is expected. If a client is more than 6 minutes late to their appointment without notifying the front desk, the appointment may be cancelled and forfeit the $25.00 deposit.

Appointment Scheduling

 

The Nail Lounge strives to stay on schedule at all times, but sometimes clients book the wrong service or require more difficult designs. If The Nail Lounge is late for your appointment time, you will be provided the option of waiting for your scheduled technician or fulfilling your services with the next available technician. Everyone that walks in the door will walk out happy!

Wait Time

 

There is a saying that the best things in life require patience. Welcome to one of the best things around! If you opt to utilize services as a walk-in client, please be aware that there is often a wait. Good things take time. Clients with scheduled appointments will always be seen first and walk-in appointments are made available as warranted. Bring a book, grab a magazine, and enjoy a moment to yourself while the salon works hard to work you in.

Children + Strollers 

 

Just like oil and water don’t mix, children and The Nail Lounge don’t blend well. Due to the size of the salon and the use of sharp instruments, please leave your young children at home. The salon does not want to see anyone unintentionally injured, clients and children alike. This is a high traffic salon with very limited space and strollers are not allowed in the salon. Consider your time at the salon as an escape from the everyday tasks that will certainly be waiting for you when you arrive back home!

Gratuities 

 

Tipping is optional, with a customary 18-20% as the norm for clients happy with their services. The Nail Salon strives to provide you with happy tips for tips! Cash is preferred for convenience; however, credit card tipping is allowed for an additional .50 cent fee.

Payment Methods | Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover are all welcomed at The Nail Lounge. We don’t discriminate between paper and plastic.

Client Refunds

 

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds. If you are not satisfied with your current services, we will provide an alternate technician to ensure your satisfaction with every services.

The Nail Lounge Guarantee 

 

The Nail Lounge stands behind the work provided for every client. Chipped or broken nails at fault by The Nail Lounge will be repaired at no charge within five (5) days of service and with a valid receipt.
